Spring is on the table at Geppetto

After 45 years, Nino still has plenty of opinions about what belongs on the table when the weather starts to warm up.

His spring picks?

Start with the Calamari alla Griglia, grilled with oregano, garlic and a little chilli.

Then the Agnolotti ai tre funghi, our housemade pasta filled with porcini, Swiss brown and portobello mushrooms, finished in sage butter.

For main, it’s Pollo alla cacciatora, slowly braised the way we’ve always done it.

And to finish? Pannacotta with raspberry coulis.

Because according to Nino, every meal should end on something bright.
